Ratepayers elect individuals to represent us with responsibility to maintain accountability between Elected Members and the Chief Executive. How does this work when Elected Members abdicate their responsibilities?

Did they examine other options such as rearranging the Chambers so that everyone is safe?

When our counsellors had limited work did they limit their pay?
